These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Doogood Home website (the "Site"), operated by Doogood Home, a division of Doogood Australia Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
We accept change-of-mind returns within 10 days of purchase, provided the goods are unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition. A 15% restocking and handling fee will apply. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products that are custom-made, fabricated to order, powder coated to your specification, or otherwise altered to your request cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind.
If you believe there is an issue with your product, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may request supporting information to assess the situation. Where appropriate and in line with Australian Consumer Law, a solution such as a repair, replacement, or refund may be offered.
