Our warranty covers material faults and manufacturing issues on products used for residential applications. It’s part of our commitment to supplying durable, low-maintenance fencing systems built to last in real Australian conditions.
We stand by the quality of our DIY fencing materials, and our 10-year warranty applies to all steel and aluminium fencing panels, posts, and gates supplied by Doogood Home. This includes any failure caused by defective materials or manufacturing flaws under normal use and conditions.
Our powder-coated finishes are also covered against peeling, flaking or excessive fading for the same period. To ensure coverage, panels must be installed correctly using standard methods and must not be modified after purchase.
The warranty applies to residential fencing use only, and excludes damage caused by incorrect installation, surface damage during transit, or exposure to harsh chemicals or coastal salt spray (unless aluminium is used).
Claims are reviewed by our team, and valid requests are processed as quickly as possible. If you need to start a claim, simply contact us with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
